About AJ

I do this full-time, for real.

I'm not a weekend warrior or a part-time agent with a day job. Real estate is it for me — and I've built a career that touches every layer of it: buying, selling, building, renovating, and managing properties across Central Florida.

Outside of real estate, I fly a 1974 Beechcraft Bonanza and race dirt bikes. I'm raising two kids in Florida. None of that has anything to do with buying or selling a house — except that it tells you something about how I operate. I don't sit still, I figure things out, and I finish what I start.

The reason I'm different from most agents: I have skin in the game. I own property. I've lost money on deals and learned why. I've built from the ground up. When I give you advice, it comes from doing — not just theory.
